Anne Hu Personally Thanks Katha and Don Cato
"This award means so much to me.  Not only is this my first film festival award, but this festival and its festival directors have a special place in her heart.  I have known Don and Katha Cato, the Festival Directors, since 2013.  Don and Katha recognized my work when no other festival did.  They have watched me and my career grow.  I am so touched by this recognition of not only CAKE's achievements, but also of the importance of LGBTQ, Asian American, and female voices in film."

A sincere and heartfelt thank you goes out to our friends, cast, and crew who attended.  Ya'll made Cake's World Premiere a night to remember at QWFF7.

Congratulations again to the entire Cake team on their hard work and talent that made this film and award possible!
